Campsite rules

Dear guests, we look forward to welcoming you.

To ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing, we ask you to observe the following rules:

Departure until 12:00 - Arrival from 13:00

Entry is possible after registration at reception. The barrier can be opened with an entry card between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

1. ARRIVAL

Access to the campsite is only permitted after registration at reception. We require your ID for registration (as required by law). This also applies to short-term visitors. Young people under the age of 16 traveling alone must present written consent from their parent or guardian upon registration. A test certificate for LPG systems in vehicles (Gas TÜV) is required. Persons with contagious diseases cannot be admitted as guests. By registering, the camper declares that they are free of such diseases and confirms compliance with these campsite rules.

2. GUESTS

Day visitors must report to reception upon entering the campsite and pay the applicable fee. The current price list applies.

3. VEHICLES

Cars and motorcycles must be parked next to the tent or caravan so that they do not obstruct traffic or neighbors. Only one car is permitted per pitch. Additional cars can be parked in the designated parking areas. Walking speed is generally required throughout the campsite.

4. NOISE

Please be considerate of other camping guests and avoid disturbing noise. In particular, radios, televisions, stereos, and musical instruments, etc., should be used in a manner that does not disturb your neighbors.

5. PEACE

We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, no vehicles of any kind are permitted on the campsite. Guests wishing to access the campsite during these hours are asked to park their vehicles in the parking lot in front of the campsite and use the pedestrian entrances. Noise-generating sporting activities are not permitted during these quiet hours.

6. SAFETY/SOURCES OF HAZARD

It is not permitted to dig ditches or fence your pitch on the campsite. Make sure that no one is endangered by tent pegs, tent ropes, or other camping equipment. Mark any hard-to-see hazards with clearly visible markers.

7. CLEANLINESS

Sanitary facilities

We ask that you do not enter the restrooms wearing outdoor shoes and leave clean. Children under 6 years of age are only permitted to enter the facilities if accompanied by an adult.

Common areas

Do not leave any personal belongings or food behind. Please label food stored in the communal refrigerator with your name, storage space number, and the date.

8. WASTE DISPOSAL

Our waste management policy is based on ecological principles. Therefore, waste must be separated and disposed of in the designated containers. If you use garbage bags, please tie them tightly to avoid creating contamination or unpleasant odors.

9. BBQ/CAMPFIRE

Campfires and open fires are prohibited throughout the campsite. Barbecues are permitted at the campsite or in designated areas. Embers and fires must be supervised at all times. In cases of increased risk of forest fires, the groundskeeper may impose a barbecue ban.

10. DAMAGE

The person responsible for damage to campsite facilities and equipment is liable. We assume no liability for theft or damage to guests' property by third parties, nor for injuries or accidents. We therefore recommend taking out private insurance.

11. CHILDREN

Two playgrounds are available for children. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. If they fail to do so, they are liable for any damage caused by their children.

12. PETS

All pets must be registered and kept on a leash. The animal must not pose a danger or cause unacceptable disturbance. Pets are not permitted to cause contamination on the campsite. Should this occur, the owner must remove the pet immediately.

13. HOUSE RULES

In exercising its house rules, management may refuse admission or expel persons from the campsite if this is deemed necessary to maintain safety and order on the campsite. Guests and visitors who are heavily intoxicated may be prohibited from staying on the campsite.

14. DEPARTURE
