For a valid reservation, a deposit of €75 is required in advance (payable within 7 days of receipt of confirmation). This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the stay. Please note: Depending on the length of stay, the deposit may be higher.
Cancellations are free of charge up to three months before the scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, a processing fee of €25 per pitch will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, the entire deposit will be retained.
Your pitch preferences will be accommodated wherever possible. However, as the landlord, we reserve the right to reserve a pitch that we deem equivalent.
Please note: During the high season (July & August) reservations are only possible for stays of 5 nights or more.
In case of early departure, the pitch fee will be charged for the remaining period of the reservation, up to a maximum of the deposit.
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required in advance (payable within 7 days of receipt of confirmation). This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the stay.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before the scheduled arrival date. Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply:
- from 3 months before the planned arrival date, the entire deposit will be retained
- from 1 month before the planned arrival date, 50% of the total price is due
- from 1 week before the planned arrival date, 70% of the total price is due
- In case of early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged.
Please note: During the high season (July & August) the minimum stay for a booking is 5 nights, during the low season a booking is possible from 3 nights.
