Opening hours

From classic Austrian dishes (Wiener Schnitzel, Käsespätzle, or a fresh char fillet from Lake Wolfgang) to delicious soups, fresh salads, and our popular Båcherl Burger, our kitchen has something for everyone. We are also happy to offer vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options!

Our focus is on processing regional products. We source local fish from the Wolfgangsee fishery Höplinger, and we also source meat locally (Renner butcher shop in Salzburg and Gosau's Speiserei).

In our cozy garden, you can indulge yourself from aperitif to dessert without losing sight of the children - there is a playground right next to the garden :-)

At Bacherls, enjoy seasonal dishes made with regional ingredients, lovingly prepared and served with a view of Lake Wolfgang. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner – only the finest is served here.

We only visited the camp restaurant, and it was great. We tried schnitzel, goulash with bacon, cheese petlze, and crispy chicken. We highly recommend them all.

Great location, direct access to the lake, and very helpful staff. We had a wonderful stay there and enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Our lakeside café is not just reserved for camping guests, but is open to all guests!
All dishes are also available to take away - however, during peak season we can only accept orders in-store.
Our restaurant is open from April to October.
